Hi
I accidentally got some water on/in my w800i and since then some of the keys on the right sode of the keypad now don't work or work randomly. Does anyone know what might be wrong? Also is taking this apart an option to clean something?
thanks |

Hi - thanks for getting back to me. I put the phone in a car door pocket and when i got it out again i found the door pocket had water in the bottom! At first the phone would not switch on but now it works OK apart from these keys on the keypad. I wonder if it is possible to take the phone apart to clean it up a bit on the inside? Are there any instruction on how to do this on a phone like this?
thanks |

it happened about 10 days ago - I let it dry out for 4 days or so but these keys have not worked since. |

oopss, thats quite long, hopefully its not that late. vesit an se service and let it check asap! there are certain ways to clean it, but the most important thing after water damage is to take out the battery first.
