W810 has the following advantages:
compact design
black color is always better
DPAD(unaffected by dust)
Better earphones provided
dedicated and branded media player with video playback
Mega Bass
K800 has the following
better camera
bigger screen
high res. screen
memory stick micro support

They have I think the same video recording quality, though due to the bigger screen the K800 might record bigger videos, though I cannot confirm this.

no, the screen size has nothing to do with recording size 
they support recording at QCIF resolution which is 176x144
