hi. i just saw my mates t68i and noticed that his whole keypad, apart form the joystick and the YES/NO buttons, lights up blue. looking at mine, it goes from bright blue at the bottom (keys*0#) and slowyly fades to greeny blue (123) and then to white at the joystick.

i don't know if it's meant to be, but my phone was bought new and i ahevn't changed anything. it's as if the blue led's behind keys 1 2 3 are broken so they're getting light from the white led's and the blue. making greeny blue. ??????????

depends on when they are made... different batches... different hardware versions... this has been discussed before... on some T68i the light from the display is stronger than on others, the keypad LED's shine more bright then on other phones...

Its the light from the screen thats lights thru. I heard that on the newest produced phones they have added an sealing between the screen and the keypad. Right underneath the screen and above the joystick.

Rui_Costa is right, i just got my T68i about 2 months ago, and it's an extremely strong blue light that shines at the same level from top to bottom, upon taking the phone apart, there is an added seal between the screen and pads, if you really feel like doing a half-a$$ job to get the constant blue through the keypad, add a thing rubber lining (from a latex or rubber glove) between the screen and pad, but that's if it's really bugging you (i assume it is since you started a whole thread on the topic)

mine shines strong, however even if i do havethat destortion you are talking about, it is not worth to open up the phone and insert any foreign objects there for the sake of getting rid of the greenish coloring.... to me at least.
