My K800i just died! The batery is OK full charged
Is imposible star it. Batery remover and no star
What can I do please?

Best thing is to take it back to where you got it from, or contact SE as it will still be under warranty.

If it's within 14 days any Uk provider should do a no-quibbles swap. That's what o2 did with me! |

i got it replaced same day.... was without it for about an hour at the most... 
o2 (i bought it in store) replaced it, no arguments at all as it was within 28 days...
and i didn't lose anything cos luckily it was all on my memory stick..
