i can call out, but no one can call in ! |

i'm on a contract with t-mobile, i recently got my number changed, and as soon as it was changed, i can call out adn text out, but no one can call in or text me, if anyone tries it says this number does not exist, i don't know what's wrong, i've phoned t-mobile but their technical line are saying i need a new sim, which i got but i've got the same problem, my old number doesn't work either, any ideas/suggestions folks ? | |

It's a network issue.... Or should I say NOTwork issue:)
Fecking about with your phone won't help. Your gonna need to get on the T mob and get them to sort it out!!

it might be that its a new prefex too..
if so you just need to wait until the other networks pick it up...
