At least here in Greece it is not allowed by ericsson service centers to put a t68i cover on a t68m. I asked once, but they denied to switch the covers.
I believe that the original t68m cover has much better building and finishing quality compared to t68i grey cover. I know that because I have both versions of t68 with grey covers. Taking apart the nice colour of the t68i's keyoboard, t68m has much better building quality, especially the ones that came from sweden. Chinese made t68i are not so good manufactured as far as the appearence in concerned.

Oh.
Are the unofficially for sale covers used (originally mounted on a phone) or are they brand new?

Yes my T68mi has the T68i facecover. Everybody think that I have a T68i but with nicer buttons, back cover and battery.

And another question.
Is it in some way risky doing the cover change totonox describes? Might I brake something, or can it be done easily if the guide is followed?

it's quite easy with his guide... but remember that if you have changed cover to another modelcover than it was when you bought the phone (ie putting a T68i cover on a T68m) you must change back if you're going to leave it for service, otherwise the warranty is gone.

The guy just found it funny that no body else had asked about getting the cover changed to the T68i.

@Cytech
My phone is made 01w37 hardware R1A, I have heard that it is a bad joystick on this hardware version is it? Sometimes it doesn't respone when I tap on it witch is irritating ofcourse. The volume button is rattling, and the yes/no buttons are irritating sometimes.

Do you think it is possible to get this fixed buy the service center (EMTS) can the chanch the joystick to the newer?
thanks in advance
