They're pretty even stevens. N71 outclasses the k800 in video, OS, has both EDGE and 3G, bigger screen, better built quality.
K800 has better camera, better looking.
Of the two of them, i'd get the k800, just because i've been using SE all my life. |

yeah plus symbian can be a bit troublesome sometimes, so if you're really not a symbian fan its best to stick with the k800

It also depends on what you want from a phone, you really can't compare the two, the N71 is a Symbian phone, ie a Smartphone, and the K800i is supposidly a camera phone.
True the N71 has better recording, and has alot going for it, ie Symbian software is very versatile and you can add alot of programs onto the phone, there are loads of programs readily available to choose from.
The N71 is just a flip version of the N70 which has been out for over a year now..
BUT if you want to make calls, and take nice pictures, and a general all purpose phone that is fast, I would definately recommend the K800i. |

N71 is not comparable to K800
It is a smartphone with Sybiam system. To me, i don't like smartphones at all.
I can use K800 as an mp3 player (ya, battery life matters alot) and a DC when N71 is just a shaddy PDA to me.
N73 is better than K800 in my opinion but come on, it is another smart phone

between a N72 and K800, K800 wins for sure. |

K800 here . . . as I just had a 'bitter' experience with the N70 which I assume does not differ much with that of the - N71

Well, I've owned an N80, and despite all of the faults people have found with it, I found very few, price is the only issue... Should get my K800 tomorrow, so will be able to let you know how they compare on a day to day basis...
Cheers

I prefer the k800i to the N80, but it's hard to compare as one is a smartphone and the other isn't.
