Hi, just got my w810i through the post and when I tried to charge it nothing happened....then I pushed the connector a bit and "ping" that usual SE sound rang out. "Probaby some scuzz on the connector" I thought but on closer inspection it looks like one of the power pins on the connector is 50% shorter than the other...is that normal?

Can someone take a closeup snap of their power supply connector so I can see the pin lengths before I go try and get a replacement?

Many thanks in advance.

its normal for them to be different lenghts, however you shouldnt have to wiggle it to get it to charge.

thats wrong that you have to wiggle! Mine clips straight in on my w810i and starts charging... sits in there pretty firmly too.
