After i've updated my firmware, i no longer get the delivery reports. 2/3 times i dont get them. Before the updating, i used to recieve them always.
Also, i've noticed if you look into the details of a recieved message, the delievered time is always before the sent time. Thats kinda odd. |

The delivery reports are dependent on the network.. So the times you haven't received them is Becoz the messages haven't been delivered.. And about the time thing.. Its Becoz the time difference between your network's server... And your phone's... And the time stamp on the reports is of your network..

The messages DO get delivered, because I get replies. Is this a phone related problem? |

I still don't think its a phone problem.. Becoz delivery reports are network dependent..check with some other handset....if the problem persists then get your phone reflashed...
