k800i Flash problem |

Hey everyone! I've been direwcted here by a friend 
I have a slight problem with my new k800i
I flashed it to the latest firmware from the site Wotanserver.com (using the USB cable)
I previously had a Vodaphone branded phone.
After the flash everything worked fine except for a very strange issue
The top left and top right shoulder buttons are acting like the red "phone down" and the green "phone up" buttons and vice versa
For example: I press "phone down" and it bring up my list of shirtcuts
I tried flashing this back using SE's update service but this see's that I have the latest firmware and does not update.
Can anybody help at all?

i have a voda branded k800i as well and
the pick up and put down buttons only work for the voda software once you change it to sonys software the buttons work how you said but obviously have the green and red symbols on them.
you will have to ignore this and just use the menu keys to answer call and end call.
the phone is now like you would purchased it from SE direct but the buttons have different print on them and it has vodafone stamped at the bottom of the screen instead of cybershot.
SE software is better than the voda crap in my opinion.

Thanks for the reply. Good to hear its not just me. Bit annoying that problem but ah well guess I can live with it seeing as yes: the SE software is much better
