hi. Yesterday i bought the above bluetooth dongle. Installed it, complete with drivers and everything went well...set the program to search for the phones (d600 and k800i)..it found both phones..anyway, after selecting files to browse on my pc, my wife was able to grab and send file's fine via her d600...however, with my k800i i could not get the handset to browse the computer files at all....instead i was given the option of refresh device list and the usual allow connections or delete....
I downloaded a driver update at the soleil website...but found there was no .exe file...anybody had (have) any similar issues? as it's really starting to piss me off!...thanks in advance..jay. |

| since the Bluetooth detected both device, did you do things like these picture below?
double click on the phone icon and you'll get this..
normally for file transfer, i use this option..
and now.. once you click on the file transfer option, your phone should be like this..
click YES and you require to type a passcode for your phone to recognize you pc's bluetooth device.. and it look like this
and type in the same passcode on your pc bluetooth program.. like this.
And Wa~La~! YOUR PHONE ARE CONNECTED!!!

@jj, if you have SP2 installed, try uninstalling bluesoleil, remove and plug the dongle again and ideally Windows should recognise the device and install the necessary drivers by itself.
I had tred bluesoleil and it has always given me problems...anyway, this was just my experience. There are pople who find Blusoleil very easy to use...
