I am using an T68m from Cingular and got it unlock and switch my SP to T-Mobile.
My question is Cingular programmed the phone only to access the WAP via Cingular, it block the phone to make any change to the WAP Profile.
Is any one knows if I upgrade the SW, would this also change the programs load into the phone.
My SW version is:

Yes you can, but not through the official way to upgrade firmwares as EMMA2 doesn't want to touch the provider customized area of the ROM..
Can be done if you flashed your phone via Sony Ericsson Client..

I've personally done it and it works.
Cingular T68i's also have their menu locks, and it get's rid of those too

I am just awaiting the arrival of my flash cable and will do the flash with R5D007 and see how it work.
