ive had loads of hassle with o2 lately, charging me for wap but didnt inform me, wanted to cancel my account but they keept offering me new deals but when i accepted them they couldnt get it right.
to cut a long story short they have credited my account far more then they should!!!!
£50 credit goodwill gesture for wap problems
£146 credit for new contract
£120 credit for another new contract (they forgot to take back the £146)
£122 credit refund for wap
i also emailed asking for my pac code, to which they gave that to me too, even tho i still have a contract with them!!!!!
oh and on my new contract i pay £15 a month for 500 texts, 500 off peak mins and a free k800
im very happy |

When I first signed up with O2 I thought I had a problem with my T610 and demanded a new one be sent. I got the new one and they never requested the old one back so I sold it on eBay.
I love it when the consumer wins.....I wonder if I can do the same again with a k800..?

LOL nice one.
on the same subject...if you ever order office supplies including office furniture..buy it from Viking direct they NEVER collect returns.
I know people who have screwed them over for almost a whole offices worth of furniture...expensive furniture. |
