O2/DHL next day delivery |

Has anyone who has ordered from O2 actually recieved next day delivery of in stock items?
I ordered SE K800i on 3G contract on 03/07/06 just after 4pm. Forgot to record order no: so e-mailed Customer Services.
Customer Services e-mailed me back the following day confirming my purchase however the phone was not in stock.
This morning received another e-mail from Customer Services saying that the phone was dispatched yesterday 04/07/06. I'm hoping with next day delivery, it should arrive today but currently still waiting.
How late in the day will DHL deliver?
DHL website is next to useless for tracking. Latest status of consignment is "Item manifested for collection" dated 04/07/06

When O2 stoped messing around and got some K800's in I got nextday (working day that is, was picked up Friday delivered Monday)delivery. So yes, I would think all their deliveries went out on a next day. Although DHL tracking on mine said picked up customer location O2. So with yours saying what it's saying I would say it sounds like DHL haven't picked it up, they have just been told it's ready at O2 to be picked up. So maybe/hopefuly you'll get it tomorrow. |

Hi there Im just after receiving my Nokia N80 (soz it was either that or Sony Ercisson k800i) bout an hour ago! It was an upgrade on o2 which I only ordered yesterday afternoon! Thats pretty gud considering im all the way over here in Belfast as its posted from mainland! That the second order that I have received next day from o2 online! Ordered a Samsung e900 one day and got it the next! Fab service like!

Thanks to those who have relpied.
E-mailed DHL about the lack of updates on my tracking. Shortly after this I checked their site and noticed the status had changed to parcel picked up.
I checked View My Bill on O2 website. Checked the order status and it said that the items picked, packed and ready for dispatch on 03/07/06.
Surely it doesn't take DHL all day (yesterday) and most of today to collect the consignment.
Suppose I'll just have to wait another day. |
