hi,
just an update on my defective phone. the people at hub greenbelt were kind enough to replace the unit with a new one. one thing i missed though is that my receipt (which will serve as my warranty card) indicates a different imei number from the unit that i have. :=(
so i have to visit them again.
as for those asking help on battery issues. you could try searching the forums for "k700i battery". some people wrote that they charged for a full 12 hours after a full discharge (at least 3 times with phone turned off and light in power save option). they claim their battery last for 3 days.

2. dyu hv an orig leather case... how much?
3. dyu do firmware upgrade for t39... how much?

Kung under warranty ang phone mo - libre.
Pero kung binili mo sa hindi authorized dealer ng  - may bayad. At baka hindi pa nila gawin kung hindi ka pipirma ng waiver (para hindi sila managot kapag nasira ang phone mo habang nasa kanila).

R6C as of last saturday, 7 August. Baka daw huli na to. Dahil wala namang problema ang T630.

Kung brand new and coming from an authorized dealer, dapat R6C kaagad ang nakalagay. Kung hindi pa, huwag mong tanggapin dahil lumang stock na yon and responsibility nila na ibigay sa iyo na ok na ang lahat. Hindi ka na dapat pang pumunta sa service center at mag-aksaya ng mahigit sa isang oras para ipa-upgrade ang brand new na phone.

hi. anyone here owns a K700c (chinese version with chinese characters on the keypads)? have you tried upgrading it to R2L version? if yes, where? how much did you pay? SESS in makati doesn't accept K700c because sony ericsson phils hasn't provided them with software upgrades that support K700c. they don't know if they will ever have one. semicon in pasig said they can give it a try but there's no guarantee that they can upgrade it. if they can't ther's even a possibility of destrying the phone for good. btw both charge P500 for non warranty units for upgrade. pls help. thanks. |
