I've had the same o2 number which i've used for 6 years now...
I got a k750 last year and it came with an o2 sim.
I've topped up the phone once in the last year, i know that much... but hardly ever used the number...
So when i request my PAC code, they ask me when i top up, but because i don't know they won't let me past security checks to get my PAC code.
Is there any other way to get it |

the pac code is used to take your phone number from one network to another.
I would top up now and then you will know when you topped up.
