What do you mean by good service? Wide coverage, good speech quality? I'm client of Estonian biggest GSM-company EMT: it's almost impossible to find "no network" place (but Estonia is a small country, so it's quite easy to cover all country). Also the GSM-quality is very good. Usually the company itself is friendly for clients too.

I subscribe to Vodacom (50% owned by Vodafone) in South Africa and have to say the normal GSM/GPRS service is quite good, the UMTS service though is piss poor, even though I'm 500 metres from a base station I get an intermittent signal. When it does work though speeds arer generally fast on wap.

I am on mt:s (Mobilna Telefonija Srbije) Serbia. Postpaid subscriber, Biznet 300 tariff. This tariff is actually meant for companies who have 300 or more employees, but as I am a student I got this tariff from a student organization that manages discounts and other stuff for students(by having a membership card). Monthly subcription is about 0.4euro, I dont get any free minutes or sms, but I do get 10MB of gprs for free. A minute of call inside that group(students) costs 0.013euro, inside home network costs 0.068euro, outside home network(fixed and other mobile numbers) costs 0.095euro. National sms is 0.023euro, international is 0.074euro, mms 0.13euro. Then if I spend more than 10MB of gprs, 1MB costs 0.59euro but I pay by kilobyte. This tariff is very cheap and affordable, I am satisfied with service. And other statistic stuff:
In Serbia, mobile penetration is 73% and rising. About 95% of population is covered with mobile networks.
And we have another mobile network Mobi63(ex Mobtel) which is on sale by auction this summer. T-Mobile, Orange, Mobilkom Austria, Telenor, Telia Sonera and other are interested in buying(umts and gsm licence included).

I am from pakistan and there are many GSM netwoks. I have WARID and UFONE but i mostly use UFONE. The area covered is good and voice quality is also good. The GPRS also works fine. I have not yet tried GPRS on WARID but its service is good and makes a call instantly.

what i wanna know is the quality of ur provider. Here is Orange Dominicana and it's getting worst everyday. When u try to make a call u get a message saying: We sorry, orange cant satisfies you now, try again later. It is very frequently, so i want to know if it happens to u as frequently as me.

It happens a couple of times when I call people that the network gives me a message to say that the subscriber cannot be reached...it might be patchy radio coverage or simply a person having switched his/her phone off.

I think our Orange Dominicana is about to reach the limit in the calls they can handle since they've grown so big and fast. this will happen until they don't upgrade their station capability.
