You can charge/recharge it at any time. No need to wait for the battery to be empty. |

I assume you did bother to unzip it before transferring from PC to phone.
WAP sites send you the jar file whereas standard web sites will give you a zipped up file containing the jar file...usually anyway |

no wait... i unzipped the file .. i found a jar file.. i transferred it to others folder. now i cant transfer it to games folder. using the data cable i dont see the games folder from my computer. but there is one in my mobile with all the games i downloaded which works. i think the problem is that it runs only when its in the game folder. is it or is there something wrong

Bholu- jaisa naam vaisa kaam :P .. Think thats what it is, the 'instalation' of the jar (which is actually a type of archive/ zip of other files) in usual way happens wen directly d/loaded to Games/App folder. Mostly from 'Other' folder, phone may not be able to 'run' the file. You see its been coded to treat links with parent folder. Take ur chance if u have GPRS, direct d/l the file link.. BtW, IMO Games& Apps folders dont show up on comp. so its not sumthing wrong at yor end..

Do not worry about viruses. There is not a single virus out there which could harm your phone...almost all mobile viruses are coded for series 60 phones.

not really sure but make sure that the jar file you are installing is compatible for you phone. it could be a series60 jar file, and may be the cause of the problem. also (and i think this is an unlikely solution), you can try to look for a jad generator and generate a jad file that goes along with your jar file. hope this helps.

Hi All,
K300 supports almost every jar file(except some for Semeins).
I'm using my K300i with DCU-11 to install java applications as games for much time.(Who will like to spend a lot of money for downloading via GPRS,In here it costs US$ 0.0002 per 1KB)
Here's what to do,
If u using SE File manager just drag java(.jar file not .jad)file to icom "Phone memory",then phone will as to choose folder,(Applications or Games,)Then select a folder,Cheers! It's get installed.
But I preper to use MyPhoneExplorer coz it's fast and ahve a lots of features.
Contact if there is any problem. |

Ya FMA is also awsome,I love Flash SMSing with these Softwares.
All these softwares are better than SE File manager.
You can also use IrDA to install java applications,
I like 2 play 3D java games |
