Reading post round here, there seems to be many people who have ordered a K800 form O2 online. But I'm yet to hear of anyone who has actualy recieved a phone from them.
So please post here, to let me and other interested people know, if you have recieved yours from them yet. |

Just ordered mine, have been ringing since last week. Rang at 10.00 today and was told they were due in but to keep ringing back and eventually they be able to order one for me.
Rang at 12.00 and they are now in to order, they said as I have been trying for days to get one they'd knock more money off. The deal they eventally did was amazing. I'd be surpised if I ever hear of a better one.
P.S. I am a customer of 2 years so it was a retention jobbie (online). The number to ring is 0870 6007102 press 2 and then press 2 again.

@Aldrew
I've seen a few of your posts in other threads.
I reckon the reason you got a 'out of stock' email was due to the fact that the stock had not turned up yet and I wouldn't be surprised that you'll find your order proccessed sometime today.
@Everyone else - 1-3 days to arrive in mainland UK. |

WHAT! how did you get that?
i was like you, on the £15 p/m 500 mins 100 txt etc from January last year... but when i upgraded in december i was told as i'm a Band B-D (£20 p/m bills) customer they wont offering me anything special...
So i just stayed on my current deal and took a normal phone nothing fancy (had to pay £20 for it ).
Who did you speak to - ext number? PM me that info
EDIT: sorry for the off-topic post.... - To keep it on track: hope everyone (except m8cky ) gets their k800's tomorrow
Btw - dont think theres any football till friday...

If some of you have been reading my previous posts on another very well known site,
I too have ordered mine today, with a huge reduction in my bill,
400any time any network mins, 500txts @ £20pm and a free K800, Rententions is the key if you are already an online customer, new orders are extremely unlikely at the moment

@T68iKING - Cheers, you're not a bitter person are you.............
K800 on order, reason I got that deal - People at o2 don't know what they are doing. I was told at the start that I would be able to stay on the tariff I've been on last 12 months (£10 pm) but the phone will cost £179.99. Wasn't happy so kept ringing up and speaking to different people until someone offered it to me for £119.99.
Although this was still a bit much I was only going to pay £10 pm for the contract so it worked out at £240 for the year (I could live with that).
I spoke to a girl today and asked if the phone was in stock for me to order, she said "yeah, I looks like you were offered your current tarrif and the phone for £69.99, is that right"..................who was I to say no!!
I was in the right place at the right time but I will say that I've spent a lot of time sorting out this deal but I'm very happy with the outcome.
