I have constantly moaned about all the networks at one stage or the other in my life but finally i get to thank o2.
got myself a E900 Samsung and was disappointed in it to say the least. Hvae just arranged with them to return it to them in exchange for the new K800I (Should never have left SE made that mistake once before and regretted it)
They have told me my new phone will be delivered tomorrow and i just have to swap over with the old one on my doorstep.
Fingers crossed that this will happen tomorrow as i have been let down before . Lets wait and see.
Great customer service from a Mobile Network?? things are looking up

Good luck.

As far as I'm aware O2 are out of stock on the K800. I'm waiting for mine, should of been delivered today, but I got sent a "out of stock" email.

Hopefully yours will arrive, with no probs, or you'll have another provider to add to your hate list.

believe me the more i think about it the more convinced i am that this will not happen tomorrow at all!
Annoying thing was i rang yesterday and he stated " i have the K800I" in front of me but recommended i upgrade to online 200 which would take over night and ring back tomorrow (meaning today) as it would be free.
Did this and got a few umms and ahhhs from the operator today about whether the K800 was available , she did speak to her supervisior so i remain optimistic, expect lots of cursing tomorrow if it goes wrong, in hindsight should have waited til the phone got delivered before i praised them . I will do anything to be rid of this E900!

Did you know that you can actually upgrade Online Tariffs in an O2 Store?

I did this for both myself and my wife.

Save you hanging around hoping i guess

Just noticed that the sentence that says delivery of the handset may take 7 working days (at o2 online) is gone!

But I havent got a confirmation that mine has been despatched!

Same with me!

I called up this morning and a guy said that they were receiving a shipment in sometime today but wasn't sure when.

I was told that there was a product recall already on the K800 from an o2 rep. Not sure if they were just spinning a line, but there is always a chance they weren't lying.

My order status is usually updated after 1pm so I'll give them a call later and see what's happening.

Has anyone got a K800 from O2? I see it's made postion 1 on the top selling phones.

Can't see how they can still have it as available on there website if it's been recalled.

I was just refuring to SonySandy's post that they'd been told by O2 rep that it'd been recalled. I know nothing, else.
