I've now had 2 W810is, both of which have developed faults with the earphones. I previously had an S700i for over a year with no problems whatsoever with the earphones.

What problems do you have? I have not heard of any faults with then before.

It works fine for a few weeks then one of the earphones cuts out.

I don't fold the wires. I wrap them gently and put them in my jacket pocket - just like I did with my S700i for 14 months - and I had no trouble with my S700i.

yeah same happened with mine. first one side stuffs up than both. happens when i tug the cable so be careful. i just got a new handsfree and stactic sounds are made when the handsfree is being moved. One thing to never do is sleep with ur earphones.

Wow sleep with your earphones that would seriously hurt with these in-ear phones.

mine are fine had them for 3 months and i regularly tug them out of my mini inner jeans pocket.
