Ok guys and girls here's the deal,
It's time for me to upgrade my contract, firstly they're offering me for £25 per month 500mins and 500txts, thats the good news, the bad news is that for the N80 they want £129.99, whereas something like the N70 is free, as are most of the motorolas and sony ericssons.
My prob is that I really want the N80, but obviously cant afford it, so I want something similar in capabilities, please can people just say what you feel. I'm guessing the N70 is the choice, but I'm just not sure.
Please help guys
Cheers

threaten to leave (if you havent already). Tell them three have offered you the same tarriff and the N80 for free. As soon as you say you want to leave they usually bend over backwards to keep you. There is room to give in what they have offered you so far as i got 500mins and 500texts for £15 from o2 plus a free W800i right when it first came out.

well they would certainly give you the n80 for free. but i doubt they would be able to offer you a tariff of 500mins a& texts for £25 or less. Honestly try and 'pretend' to want to leave with your current opperator and see what they offer you.

Got seduced into phones4u today... Was offered an 8800 for £45 a month, first 3 months half price, 400 minutes, 150 texts, which is doubt for first 3 months, and every 6 months the contract restarts and I can upgrade again, and the 8800 cost £160 I think.

Are you trying to say Phones4u isn't a good idea?
So you think that I can still get the N80, just not with the same contract.... Well I might try and beat them further witht the contract...
Cheers

It may just be me but I don't like phones4u, they gave my friends hassle when they tried to upgrade.

Well ladies & gents, I did it, I manged to get an N80 for FREE!!!
THIS PHONE IS AWESOME!!! The K750 just feels so poor in comparison, I know, I know its no comparison, but still, what a phone. Nokia have truly outdone themselves here, cant wait for the N83 next year!
Managed to get it on 3, for free for just £22.50, I get 600mins and 400txts, excellent! Not the best, but I don't feel to harsly done by!
Cheers guys!
