I'm on the flext 35 web n walk, and i only can say from where i live is the network is good and the and you connect to the internet all the time without any delay. there isn't any catch well the only catch that can be is the 18 months contract but i think its well worth it trust me, you get to use the net without worrying about the data charge so when you do take out a contract with them get the nokia N70 or a phone that is 3g enabled for you to take advantage of the fast web browsing and downloads of video clips using 3g UMTS.

there are more catches... look at teh pricing....... you pay extra for itemised billing and 5.99 for linsurnace...... (everythings that lil bit more expensive than otehr networks....) and their text and call charges do not include VAT on theyre website... so 20 per min becomes 23p/min and 10p text becomes 12p
I considered thois tarrif and to be honest was gonna move but when i honed orang e and told them this they offered me a good deal so i stayed
All im sayign is to be aware of these charges.... Also if you sue tehonestopphoneshop.com they offer you 3-9months free or half price - just soemthing to think about |

1st of all you can opt out of the itimised billing and you dont have to take out an insurance. Not only that you can view and print out your itimised billing on line which personally i prefer then having paper sent to me every month.
2nd of all its not about the 20p or 23p a minute call because at the end of the day you get 900 minutes a month and if the customer is happy with the 900 minutes then there should'nt be a problem. |

Where does it say that the 20p/10p charges don't include VAT? |

you can opt out too (but if you do you will have to pay £100 for a replacement phone)....... theres no emergency insurance such as ornage has......
I am not knocking teh deal - not by a long shot... just makking sur eteh topic starter is aware of all these things.........

Not that I can see.
And presuming we're referring to Flext 35 price plan, getting it direct from T-Mobile gives you an extra £20/month, so the voice minutes can be upto 1000.
£35.00/month divided by 20p/minute is 1000 (mins), so it it looks like that's INCLUSIVE of VAT, not EXCLUSIVE.
I realise you're not knocking it, but much like you say, we want the topic starter to be CORRECTLY informed. |
