thats bad luck but I was thinking lately just how many phone sites are selling refurbished phones lately, and its not just phones, so I guess thats what will happen to yours!

I had a K750 that worked until the 5th or 6th day...

My puppy ate it, thats no lie, I came down stairs and found him under the table with it trying to look all cute and innocent! lol

Fortunately for me, I bought a new case for it from Hong Kong off Ebay and then took it back to the shop and said it just stopped working lol. Got a new one as well, had to take the second one back as well for a new one but this time it was genuine and the camera stopped working.

It scary these days reading about the several defects people come across after buying new phones. In my country, if ur fone exhibits any problems after purchase, theres no warranty, u solve ur problems urself.

In Indonesia all phones under warranty are truly under warranty. You can send them to the service centre for free, but first they will 'investigate' your phone whether the problems are caused by users' fault or not...then they take the phone...and you have to wait to get the phone fixed for a very loooooong time...it may be a month or more...when it returns you might get bored of waiting...

I wonder why with Nigeria being considered the most corrupt country on the planet. Not to mention the various scams that originate there. Wit that being the case, the best thing for you to do would be to make sure you send your phone out of country if possible for repairs.
