Hi there, this might be slightly OT, but ive just moved to the o2 network and i was wondering is it possible to get a text message telling you the remaining minutes/text messages (its with the carphonewarehouse o2)

hello mate i checked with an employee of O2, who advised its not possiable, i am also with carphonewarehouse o2, but he did say if u ring cust services they should be able to tell you

i am a bit peeved.
1) i dont actually know their customer service number?
2) am i going to be charged for ringing them?
3) if i do the web option, i need to know my account details (when i ring o2, or cpw o2, they have no record of my account...even though im using the o2 sim...i hope the porting went through alright!)
4) if i go for the online billing, i lose my paper bill. (thats a slight minor)

THanks for your help though.... i cant believe im saying this..i think i miss voda...
