Method Of Making Songs Into Ringtones |

Is there a way you can make your songs into ringtones? I would like to put my songs into ringtones in my Sony Ericsson K750i to save space. When I put my mp3s into ringtones, it stops because I have my answering machine on. When it rings, it will be over once the singer starts singing...
Any program that allows you to cut a specific area in the song? (a program that is free and safe? spyware, virus, spam... etc. free?)
Thanks, KLG2992- Kevin |

Kevin,
Stop. Do not buy anything. Use iTunes. It is free and will give you the results you need. Simply pick a song, set the length of the sample. Convert into .mp3 and you have a ringing tone. I do this ALL THE TIME for my ringing tones.
Cheers

Or use MP3DirectCut. It's free and smaller in size.
