Has anyone successfully used a dual SIM adaptor with the W810i? |

I bought one of the dual SIM adaptors which require you to chop up your SIM cards and trimmed my Virgin and Tesco SIMs to fit. However initially only the SIM in SIM 1 position was recognised, with a 'Network Error' coming up for the other SIM. Swapping the SIMs around didn't make any difference, still only the SIM in position 1 was recognised. Interestingly, when it recognised the Teso SIM it showed it as O2, rather than Tesco which is usualy displayed.
The function to allow you to switch between the two SIMs helpfully buries itself in the Entertainment menu of the W810i, but that wouldn't let me choose SIM 2 and just seemed to crash the phone when tried. But then I swapped the SIMs around for the umpteenth time and this time only SIM 2 worked, SIM 1 showed up as 'Inactive SIM'.
Has anyone managed to get one of these adaptor working in a W810i? |

Hi,
I've gambled and bought one on ebay that I'm waiting for. I'll try it and see for you!

I do have another cheap phone as backup. That one lives in the car. I want the dual SIM so as not to have to carry two phones around with me or keep swapping them around.
