In the following situation I have found a problem with my 810i:
- HPM-70 headset plugged in and earbuds in.
- Silent Mode on (to enable the ring tone to be heard through the earbuds).
- Automatic Answer on.
- Receive call and ring-tone is heard through earbuds (as expected)
BUT...the phone does not Automatic Answer. It just rings till the caller gets my voicemail.
If, however, I turn Silent Mode off in the above scenario the call is Automatically Answered but I do not get the ring-tone through my earbuds.
How can I get the ring-tone through the handsfree/earbuds yet also have the phone Automatically Answer itself?
NB. The reason I have to set silent mode is to enable the ring-tone to come through the earbuds otherwise the phone itself rings but the earbuds are silent - no good in a noisy environment where, with the earbuds in, one would not hear the phone itself ringing.
