where can i get the w800i led's ? and will they work in a k750i case wih k750i buttons but w800i firmware ?

well i don't know exactly if you can change the leds but if you can it's a difficult operation and don't think that you can buy w800 leds

@jack77777 you can get the w800 key pad lights from www.mobilefun.co.uk trust me its easier thanchanging just the led

You can normally get them on ebay for less than from mobilefun if you can be bothered. It's not that hard to change the parts over, but i'd suggest looking up a guide to taking the phone apart on google. Try searching for "dismantle k750" and you should find what you're after.

While the first reaction might have been to laugh, it is feasible that SE could decide to use multicolour LEDs (locked to a single colour) in a future platform - on the basis that it means you only need to change the casing and firmware to release another variant!!

Not likely, but possible.

You can get an orange film with the W800i keypads. This would change the colour of the lights when using the phone.

Thankz Hustl£r, so jack77777, if you flash your K750i the led's wont change colour but if you change your keypad to a W800i one or use a PCB film the colour will change!
