Just wondering if anyone has ever ordered off dial-a-phone, theres an amazing phone deal on their website, but i want to know if anyone has had good/bad experiences with them.
I'm also wondering how do you pay through dial-a-phone, through them or straight to the network. How someone can help me! |

I got my sons K750 from dial a phone.
they were hassle free. you are still billed by the network (O2) in this case and as long as you get your claims in on time they refund to the network for the first 2 or 3 but we got a cheque direct from them for the last refund
like I said, they have been no problem to use

Thanks, that was going to be my next question so how do they refund you normal, because the offer i want has 9 months 1/2 price. I'm told this means i pay full price but they refund me how do they do this normally |

yes, you pay full price as normal but like I said, they refund to the carrier for the first few, then send you a cheque after that
