Ok, i dunt fully understand this!
I have the gold insurance so im covered against everything!
So say i lost my mobile, i ring o2 up, it costs me either £15 or £25 and they send me a replacement!
Is the replacement the same phone, or a different one?
This is what i have no clue about! so if i lost a w800i would they send me a replacement w800i? |

may not be the exact same phone (the one thats lost) but would possibly be the same model! providing the network provider has them available in stock.

I very much doubt that they would give you the next phone up, the difference in price is immense.

Gold insurance must have an advantage of some sort.
If they have no W800i then tell them to give you the W810i if you are paying extra for the Gold cover.
Threaten to leave, usually works

Cud be worth 2 512mb cards, headphones, charger, cd, cables!
One useless fone! flog on ebay hehe

you can check o2 online shop whether phones are in stock!
see what they have and then call them.

i bought mine when it was just the phone, now they offer free BT headsets, you think mine would come equipped with this, or jus replace what ive lost?

Just logged onto O2!
Entered their shop, and gone to purchase a phone via contract!
They have no w800i's listed!
K750I, with dvd recorder and davinci audio book lol
W550i Free BT Headset
W810i - Bt Headset
W810i - 1000 Mins 150 Ttxts or 750 Mins 750 Ttxts
Only SE Phones on Contract
So i ring up say ive lost my w800i, there gunna say oh sorry we havent got any, or do they have sum spare, and just not list them?
If not, im gunna give em a ring, and get a w810I

What you mean you are going to con them and get a new phone and sell your old one.
Don't the networks bar phones when you claim on insurance, apologies if this is not what your doing but it sounds like it is?

seems a bit shit that even though your paying out of the arse for insurance you have to pay for a new handset if it gets lost/nicked/broke whatever
thought that is what you are paying the insurance for? |
