I heard that every mobile phone could be installed new software. Is this true ??? If the answer is "yes", please show me how to do ! Thanks very much !

Take it to a service point and they will upgrade the original software to a newer version to fix problems and maybe introduce new features. In this way it's legal and you keep the waranty.
Someone in the forum is talking about upgrading yourself, but if it actually works, you loose the waranty.
