Hi! I bought my W550i yesterday.. I cant find where i can set GPRS to be "always online" rather that "connect when needed" like in other phones. I installed Opera mini, and it seems like for each click of a link the phone connects to GPRS and then disconnects, and i get charged for many GPRS sessions. Help ppl! Thanks..

Try going to settings-connectivity-data comm-data accounts. click edit on whichever one you use, go to login request. what is that set to? all mine are set at off.

not sure this is the cure but looking through it seems to be the closest thing to what you need
