First of all talking too much killed your whole thing
u do not know the way of working of a public sector and a private sector
what srvice private sectors give ? - without money ?
try 2 understand that PSU's work under mostly uneducated politicians wish n will!!! they have lacs of constraints wrt pvt companies.
to tell the truth i am one of the first few hundred of Indian internet users. Srvice of VSNL was thousand times better before Tata bought it. It was spam free and now VSNL itself is a spammer. Need proof ? I'll give u.
story of BSNL is also like that. If u be in suburban area u can feel BSNL is better. No doubt they are under problem.

hi friends i m using
unlimited gprs plan in punjab
i m on vacations in himachal pradesh
i tried using gprs here
forstly i thought i would b charged
but when i used net
and balanace was shown up
no money was deducted
and i m using gprs in a normal manner
can u tell me why i m not being charged
as i asked cc executive
he said i would b charged 2paise/kb
i jst made a change in nokia pc suite one touch access
access point : gprsnorth.cellone.in
username: ppp
password: ppp123
and can u tell me
what is the limit of -ve balance in bsnl
