Both Cingular and T-mobile do. Cingular is on the way to HSDPA.

TAKEAWAY: T-Mobile perhaps is the slowest of wireless carriers to get onto the 3G bandwagon. Experts offer a lot of possible reasons for this: Perhaps the company, and its German owners, aren't convinced of 3G's market potential, and perhaps they want the kinks to be worked out of the technology. In any case, the company is about to join the crowd. It will begin deploying infrastructure during the second half of next year and offer services at the beginning of 2007. There is a caveat: The board of T-Mobile and owner Deutsche Telekom have not yet given the okay to bid for spectrum that will be auctioned during the second quarter of next year. The company noted that spectrum prices have fallen in the U.S. since the number of national carriers shrank from six to four.

@ 10ten

Aside from the GSM 3G, we have CDMA 3G from Verizon, Alltel, US Cellular & Sprint.

Amazingly, according to one Wireless News “We’re at 6 to 7 million 3G handset owners (subscribers), out of an installed base of 186 million”. Compare to 4.4 million 3G handset users of United Kingdom, about 10% of that country’s installed base. Germany has 2.2 million 3G handset users out of 46 million subscribers, which is 5% of that country’s installed base.
