Hi i guess im mainly saying this to Laffen but i'd liek others views on this.... Is there anyway on earth to get a spell checker within the text editor (not sure if thats teh right phrase) basically i cant spell for my life, i try and try but im terrorible <---- see im almost certain thats wrong but im not totally sure why....

I thkn this would be a nice neat lil addition to esato, may be something worth considering?

p.s. if we already have these please point it out as it took me over 6 months to find the smileys

i realise to peole who can spell thsi may seem pointless but think about us who cant

I think this is a good idea actually, i can spell pretty well myself but for the people who struggle then this would be a good addition. Nice idea.

Google toolbar has a spell checker that works with most, if not all, forums including Esato's

http://toolbar.google.com

You just type your post, click the 'ABC' button and it highlights your spelling mistakes in red. You can then click on the red text and choose the correct spelling from a pop-up list.

Thing is, it's only available for IE and Firefox at the minute

Lee, I don't think there is a spellchecker on earth that could decipher your efforts at spelling

thats great, I read that to myself imagining Billy Connolly saying it out loud, accent and all!

btt, just goes to show that we shouldn't just trust spell checkers anyway...
