i will be spending a lot of time in hong kong on business and i'm thinking of getting either a pay-as-you-go SIM or a regular account, mainly for accessing my email accounts and not having to pay the exorbitant roaming fees of my home number.

i just wanted to get an opinion from the HK people on which network has the best service and most reasonable rates, especially as far as data charges are concerned, whether GPRS/EDGE/3G. are there any flat-rate data plans available?

many thanks!

All Hong Kong operators provides good services as I know. Smartone-Vodafone and Hutchison are the big players with high quality WCDMA/GSM networks.
