Hi, I'm having trouble connecting my k750i to the computer when using the USB cable. I installed the pc suite and it worked the first time. When I open pc suite, it reads that it's k750, then it goes to phone memory, but when I click on that, it gives me "????". I tried to open run as the k drive, and it gives me the main folders, but when I open those folders, they're blank. The weird thing is, I can put and remove mp3s to and from it, but I can't access the pictures, or ring tones that are already on the phone. I tried to install the USB/computer driver from the sony erisson website, but it doesn't work. The site said that a "new hardware found wizard wouldn't pop up and things would happen", but that never occured. If anyone has any suggestions for what I could do, that would be really great. Thanks.

I never use my (V800) USB cable but it works fine.

Plug in cable and go to START > MY COMPUTER > REMOVABLE DRIVE (F in my case) and hey presto browse the phone.

Do any non-P series owners actually bother with PC Suite?
I thought every one uses MyPhoneExplorer or FMA.

I've done that before. My removable drive is the K drive. I can access the folders, but when I open them, they're empty, even though there are suppose to be things inside. I think it's a problem with the phone, but I'm not sure what. Suggestions? thanks.

Just disconnect cable and look at files through mobile. And what version of f/w is installed? If R1N035 you have to update it anyway. And try to connect via My Phone Explorer.

I have a gross problem running the PC suite of K750i on my pc. The installation went fine but the pc is not detecting my phone (tried all three mediums). But I have installed a bluetooth dongle of BlueSoleil and it detected my phone and is working fine. The problem is with SE PC suite. Please help.

Explain me pliz what magic features do you wanna get from this ugly stupid and useless software? Repeat once more - forget it and use My Phone Explorer and Bluetooth software.
