I always thought on payg is was 100 for a call or *#100# i don't have payg so i can't confirm that springs to mind though mate

the only way i can think of doing that is
1) by calling yourself and then dialing 1471 to get your number
2)by calling someone else and getting it off them
3) maybe its already stored under "my numbers" part of the phone book
