in which way u transfer music to your phone? via USB cable or Bluetooth? make sure you disconnected the USB cable from your phone and for bluetooth transfer, they wont be any problem to search for the song though..

disc 2 phone can be used to convert a cd to mp3 to be played on a w810i. it will also transfer the file to your phone as well. the w810i does not play wma or mpg files.

Convert your wma files to mp3 and mpg to 3gp or mp4

Also try putting the files in a folder named MP3 in the root directory of the Memory Stick.
This did the trick on my K750.
T65> K700i> K750i> K800i> Mars. |

no it wont allows you to play wma files, cause it dont support those files, you better convert to mp3 (or aac if you have limited memory) and then move them to that folder
