Hi all. I need to find my sim card serial number as i want to change the card but keep the same number. The problem is that i've had the card years, so no documents with it and i foolishly chopped it up a while back to use one of those dual sim thingies that don't actually work that well. I've now got the gold bit stuck in a template that came with the offending dual thingy. Is there any way of finding it within my phone? [addsig]

I'm not sure that you can get that info from the phone but...

I have changed sims a few times while keeping the same mobile number and in each case its just a matter of getting the new sim card, calling the operator and identifying yourself and your account and then reading the new sim card serial number to them after which they key it into the system and thats it!
