Hi,
I'm going to Manila tomorrow, and I was wondering if S///E T600 is available there??
If it is, how much does it cost??
Do you know if Panasonic GD87 is on the market in Manila yet??
Thanks a lot,

It was shown to the public in a trade exhibit this week but is not commercially available yet. It looks good. And even the t100 seems to be a very promising phone in the entry-level category.

Correction, the T600 IS available in Manila... It's for sale in Mobile 1...saw it, played with it... REALLY cute... I like the design of the T66 better... BUT the keys of the T600 are 100x better... you can actually type SMS without looking at the phone... pretty good for a phone this small.
It's priced at P16,000. or approx US$305. |

Hey everybody,
I'm in Manila right now, in the Malate area.
I went to the Mobile 1 store in Ayala Center today, because I wanted to buy the SonyEricsson T600, but the guy there told me that it is only dualband.
I thought it was tri-band. Isn't it tri-band??
Thanks,
Jamill... |

Okay, thanks all.
I was just not sure about it, and wanted to be sure before I buy it.
Because I have to use it in Denmark, Europe.
The salesman told me that it would be called T600i, if it was tri-band, but I will check it out on Sunday or Monday.
Thanks for the help.

The Mobile1 store sells mobile phones at a higher price than Semicon.
Although they get newer models earlier, it still wouldn't justify the jacked-up price. For specs... try www.gsmarena.com or www.gsmbox.com

Get it from Semicon... warranty from Semicon is also honored internationally since Semicon is a recognized dealer of SE. Mobile 1 has ridiculously high prices for HK models... most of their handsets are the chinese version which poses problems for service here in the Philippines.
The T600 is triband... better keys than it's older sibling the T66... costs P16K in Mobile 1 (3 month warranty) and P13.5K in Semicon 1 year international warranty. |

Thanks all. I saw it at Semicon today, but I do not have enough money for it now.
So, I'm just gonna buy it in Denmark.
Anyways thanks. |
