Hello,
As you can see, there is this nasty thing that appears on my pictures. I first thought that it was a scratch in the lens but i was wrong. How can I solve this? Do you think that I have to replace the cam?

Looks to me like it needs a replacement. Is it under warrenty?

Yeah it is... i'm going to take it to the dealer and try to sort it out.. hope that they won't consider that it has been broken.. coz i'll have to pay ! :S

Oooer! Looks pretty bad! It could be something on the other side of the lens, a bit of fluff that's gotten into the phone or something - or as already suggested a fault with the camera. Whatever it is, it seems to be totally blocking out whatever's behind it.
The camera unit can be fairly easily replaced by yourself, but if it's still under warranty (as it probably is, get the professionals to do it, and for free.
