Do people not check around @ prices b4 buying sim free phones from Ebay ect anymore? Examples are....
K750i payasugo on Orange £139.99 from CPW (these are sim free phones) go for more on Ebay
LG KG800 go for over £300 on Ebay (£269.99 sim free from CPW)
N80 go over £500 on Ebay (£429.99 sim free fom Cpw)
SE W550i go over £100 on Ebay (£129.95 on o2 payasugo from CPW which is a sim free phone and the ltd edition silver)
These are just a few examples of people paying over the odds, CPW have stores all over the place so why people are not checking prices out b4 bidding on Ebay when half the time you will get ripped off anyway and by the way I don't work for Cpw b4 anyone asks

I don't always check, but try to, and don't get too carried away with my bidding (I've seen phones and stuff go for far more than they should when two newbies start a bidding war!).
I'm pretty sure I pay over the odds for faulty phones, but can't think of anywhere else to get them from. I get the odd bargain here on Esato, and the phone shops round me are larger stores, tending to send them back to head office or recycle the bits or something.

Yeah I certainly do research before buying phones; I've got ebay, esato's market place, cpw, the link, mphone, mobilefun, expensive..er I mean expansys, O2's online shop and Orange's one, hotukdeals, etc. all saved in 'my favourites' to check for any good deals on a daily basis.
Anyone remember an online phone shop called extele.net, that vanished a few years ago? Got a few good deals with them when they were still around...

I sold a brand new SE Z520i on eBay not so long ago. It sold within 35 minutes of the 7-day auction starting for £99.99 + P&P.
I was amazed and almost felt like telling the buyer they could get one from O2 Online with free delivery and a free HBH-608 for £79.99 but I'd've done myself out of a sale
I must admit I felt a bit guilty but at the end of the day, the buyer should've done their research first!
