I am sure there are posts already - however I am due an upgrade in both June and July (O2) and whilst the first is only 4 weeks away, is there anything i can do to upgrade early.

What can i say to O2 to make them budge? The N91 is out next week with them and they have quoted me the £149.99 price for my upgrade.

I am sure there is someone out there that can give me some help.

Much appreciated.

Call them and ask for your PAC code, you'll soon see how much they want to keep you.

Can i ask for a PAC code even though i am only on mth 10 of my contract?

And its a joint account so monthly bills are 130 in total a month.

You could just wait i mean its likly that the N91 will get delayed or wont be avalible to every 1 when it is launched. By that time i think you will be able to upgrade

Paying that much a month should deserve a decent upgrade at a minimal price!

So just to ask the last question then, if i was to ask for my PAC code only 10mths in, then what would the likely outcome be?

They may tell you to wait for another month as a 30 day notice is needed for termination of contract unless you pay for the remaining months before hand! With O2 a letter needs to be sent for termination of contract as i have done this only 2 months ago.
