Ive got a HBH-660 and it is a great headset. Never had any problems and the battery last well.

EastCoastar is rite actually.. Both about the threads and about *best* .. older HPH 30 etc were true to their times.. Am using HBH660 now. Comfy and all.. But since its small and got no bground cancell.ation.. The mike is compromised.. Also now I feel silly, as to what use 'caller id LCD' is.. coz whenever in use its stuck to my right cheek :p This baby is rugged thou.. quiet a few drops and yet minor noise disturbance to those at other end, that too mostly outdoors..

I'd have to say hbh-662. Reliable, better than expected battery, comfortable, and sleak!
