Why do people call the Nokia 7110 The Phone from the Matrix? |

The 7110 was NOT used in the Matrix. It was the 8110 , the predecessor to the 7110, in the Matrix but there is a lot of people who still call the 7110 "the phone from the matrix film". A quick look at 7110's listed on Ebay shows what I am talking about.

It was definitely the 8110 that was used in the matrix. The confusion was probably because they added an auto slider effect on it and only the 7110 had an auto slider then.

Dont forget the original Matrix mobile, its a Samsung. Quite an ugly one too.
