I wanna make my own ringtones but can't seen to make any progress, how can i make the ringtones myself? :-(

yeah i know that but otherwise how would you compose mp3 ringtones from your collection of music tha u got on your COMPUTER thats my main aim.

wish i could think of the name, but there is a program u can use to sync your moto with the comp, if u have the cable. then just compress them and send them. ill get the name of the program next time i go to my girlfriends house, i put it on her computer. but you need the correct cable.

also, is your phone branded?

Well I had The Mobile Phone Toolsinstalled on my Computer and nothing Happened.

You need programs such as Total Recorder & MP3Direct Cut or alike. Take any mp3 melody, open it in MP3DirectCut, cut there a part of melody with duration upto 30 seconds and save this part on PC. Then open this part in TR and there select "Save as", then select name, CONSTANT bitrate (upto 96 kbit/s - preferred 64), frequency 22050 and MONO. Done. Then copy this file into your RAZR via Mobile Phone Tools to Audio folder. Now you are ready to set this melody on contact or SMS alert etc. from yr mobile.

One More thing @ Vicser.

Why do i hace to choose the Mono frequency from the Stereo.
Access the forum with a mobile phone via esato.mobi
