yeh most likely a car thief,,but could have been someone on an emergency or something..giving birth,Pizza delivery ect.

It cannot be real. No other driver of any car has been braking - at least a little... If one sees a speeding car coming from the right, instinctively should put the foot on the brake pedal, altough it might be to late. So at least after the "lucky" passes, we should have seen smoke from the others tires. |

i just rewatched it , and a black car in the front steps on his/her brakes
