Has anybody noticed that there are features missing from the w810i that should really be there?

if anybody notices them, post them here

1. You cant directly implement recurrent calendar events, but you can if you sync with recurring outlook events.

2. I dont seem to be able to change the tone for calender events, surely that should be there?

3. You cant directly browse the files of a paired bluetooth device, just have to wait until something is offered

4. Why cant you change the size of the clock and date on the home screen?

Anyone have any others?

It has been that way for ages with SE phones. On K750, W800 and W810 (I assume) you can at least set birtday in contacts and it will appear as a recurrent event in the calendar. With K800/K790 I think they have finally added full support for recurring events.

You dont need a 3,5mm jack built into the fone.

arien617: of course they know about that- but if youve actually tried hooking up your own pair of headphones into that thing you'd quickly realize how much of a pain in the buhind that is to have a meter-long cord on top of your 2-m long or so headset cord.

the way it is implemented in the rokr e2 (a "smart" 3.5 jack that decides if you attach a mic+headphone or just a stereo headphone) is luring me to get it as a backup phone when it comes out

this has been left out in the latest SE for safety reasons, read something like that on a bluejacking-site. t610/k700i are still capable of browsing...

a 3,5inch mic+speaker headphonething?? This is asking for problems, because then you'd experiment in sticking this thing in other devices, ipod, HIFI, etc <--ugly solution.. No, the way SE solved this was excellent.

I still miss the clock enabled in standby/locked , and the ability to set screenfading time (now it's too freaking fast during slideshows/java apps)
